Method

  1. Add rosemary, oregano, mixed herbs, black pepper, garlic powder, chillies, sage leaf, and bay leaf to a blender cup.
  2. Add the lemon zest and rock sea salt.
  3. Blend until you get an even, fragrant herb salt.
  4. Store in a jar and use to season chicken, sauces, or anything that needs more flavour.
